Samuel founded Leaders Desk Pvt. Ltd., a socio-business training organisation focused on discovering and developing leadership potential among India’s youth. Through a curriculum that combines institutional knowledge with real-world political and social insights, he equips emerging leaders to understand governance, serve society, and lead with confidence and clarity.

As the Founder of Youth Federation for Change and former State Youth Wing President of Rajini Makkal Mandram, Samuel has been actively involved in shaping political discourse and youth engagement in Tamil Nadu. Working alongside distinguished leaders such as Tamilaruvi Manian, he has led and coordinated large-scale political initiatives with professionalism, precision, and integrity.
